IGNORANCE AND WAR
To one with ignorant ears
the sound might have been fun
to one with ignorant bliss
the war would have been won
to one with all the world in there hands
it would hav been childs play
but to a soldier standing there
it was never that way
If one closed thier eyes
they could imagine such things
like fireworks and celebration
and merry bells that ring
The truth was far to painful for anyone to hail
for anyone to smile at
or laugh about at tell
of how the firworks werent real
but bombs that blew in boughts
that the war was never really won
unless with bodys and bloody spouts
War wasnt child play
nor a mans true pride
it was a battle hard and true
it was a war of side
